TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Wakesurf Tampa’s website, bookings, services, and communications. By booking or participating in any Wakesurf Tampa activity, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Wakesurf Tampa offers:

  • Private wakesurf and watersports charters

  • Corporate team experiences

  • Summer camps

  • Lessons and coaching

  • Island/sandbar excursions

  • Mastermind and retreat events

All activities are subject to boat availability, weather, and safety conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.

Deposits

Deposit amounts vary by service and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Late Arrivals

Your session may be shortened if you arrive late. No refunds are issued for lost time.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 7+ days prior may receive a refund (minus processing fees).

  • Cancellations within 7 days may not be subject to refundable.

(Some packages or memberships may have different policies—refer to your specific booking page.)

Weather or Safety Cancellations

If Wakesurf Tampa cancels due to unsafe weather or equipment issues, you will receive:

  • A reschedule credit OR

  • A full refund (depending on service type)

Wakesurf Tampa reserves full discretion over safety calls.

4. Waivers & Safety Requirements

All participants must sign a digital waiver before boarding.
Refusal to sign a waiver results in denial of service without refund.

Participants must follow all captain and crew instructions.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

  • Poses a safety risk

  • Is intoxicated

  • Violates rules

  • Endangers others

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

5. Alcohol & Behavior Policy

Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation.
Intoxicated or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the trip with no refund.

6. Assumption of Risk

Participating in watersports carries inherent risks including:

  • Injury

  • Drowning

  • Collision

  • Weather hazards

  • Equipment-related risk

By booking, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

7. SMS & Email Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive:

  • Booking confirmations

  • Trip updates

  • Weather alerts

  • Customer support messages

Marketing messages require a separate explicit opt-in.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Carriers are not responsible for messages.

Users must be 18 or older.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to breach our systems

  • Copy proprietary content

  • Use automated tools to scrape data

  • Misuse the booking system

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, media, graphics, and branding are owned by Wakesurf Tampa.
You may not use them without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wakesurf Tampa is not liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Damages

  • Delays

  • Loss of personal property

  • Weather impacts

  • User negligence

Participation is at your own risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
